1. What does TechHobby sell?
Browse 2,000+ products across FPV frames, motors, ESCs, flight controllers, goggles, VTX, batteries, props, tools, cameras, and RC accessories from 100+ brands. We also offer online 3D printing - upload a model at 3d-printing for an instant quote.

2. How do I place an order?
Find a product on Products, choose options if shown, click Add to Cart, then checkout with your shipping address and payment method. Guest checkout may be available depending on store settings.

3. What payment methods are accepted?
We support secure online payments through enabled gateways on checkout (such as cards, UPI, and other methods shown at payment step). Your payment details are processed securely; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

4. How can I track my order?
Use our Track Order page with your order number. Logged-in customers can also view order history from their account dashboard.

5. Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We ship to addresses in India. Delivery time and shipping charges depend on your location, product type, and the courier option selected at checkout. Exact timelines are shown during checkout where available.

6. How does online 3D printing work?
Go to 3D Printing, upload your STL (or supported file), choose material and settings, and receive an instant quote. Add the print to cart, complete checkout, and we manufacture and ship your part to your address in India.

7. How do I choose compatible FPV parts?
Check each product page for specifications (mounting size, connector type, voltage, protocol, etc.). If you are unsure whether a motor, ESC, or flight controller fits your build, contact us before ordering with your frame and setup details.

8. What is your return policy?
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Eligible cases may qualify for replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy. Opened or used items may have limited return options - see policy for details.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Once an order is packed or handed to the courier, changes may not be possible. 3D print jobs that have entered production usually cannot be cancelled.

10. How do I use a coupon or discount code?
Enter your code in the promo/coupon field at checkout before payment. The discount applies only if the code is valid and meets any minimum order or category rules.

11. Can I save items for later?
Use the wishlist (heart icon) on product pages when you are logged in. You can also keep items in your cart until you are ready to checkout.

12. Do I need an account to shop?
You may shop as a guest where guest checkout is enabled. Creating an account helps you track orders, manage addresses, and use wishlist features faster next time.

13. I forgot my password - what should I do?
On the login page, click Forgot Password and follow the email link to reset it. Check spam/junk if you do not see the message within a few minutes.
