These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TechHobby website (techhobby.in) and the purchase of products offered by TechHobby. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• "Website" — techhobby.in and related subdomains
• "We / Us / TechHobby" — the operator of this online store
• "You / Customer" — any visitor, registered user or purchaser
• "Products" — FPV drone parts, RC electronics, tools and accessories listed for sale

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding drone operation, radio frequency use, import rules and battery transport.
• TechHobby sells hobby and professional FPV components; we do not provide flight training or legal advice on drone regulations.

3. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at rajjangid911@gmail.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Products, descriptions and availability

• Product images, specifications and compatibility notes are provided for guidance. Minor differences in colour, packaging or firmware version may occur between manufacturing batches.
• Compatibility with your existing build is your responsibility unless explicitly stated on the product page.
• Stock availability is shown on the product page but is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to discontinue products, correct errors and update listings without prior notice.

5. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices include applicable taxes where shown at checkout; shipping charges are calculated separately.
• We accept payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, COD where available).
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation or COD acceptance.
• We may cancel orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or stock issues and issue a full refund for paid orders.
• Coupons and promotional offers are subject to their specific terms and cannot be combined unless stated.

6. Orders and cancellation

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we may accept or reject orders at our discretion.
• Order cancellation before dispatch may be requested via Contact; once shipped, our Return Policy applies.
• Custom, pre-order or back-order items may have different cancellation terms shown on the product page.

7. Shipping and delivery

• We ship to serviceable pin codes across India via third-party courier partners.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed; delays due to weather, customs (if applicable), strikes or courier issues are outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you when the package is handed to the courier.
• Track shipments using our Track Order page with your order number.
• Inspect packages on delivery and report visible damage to the courier where possible.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are handled according to brand guidelines and proof of purchase.

9. Product use and safety disclaimer

• FPV equipment, lithium polymer (LiPo) batteries and soldering tools involve risk of injury, fire or property damage if used incorrectly.
• Always follow manufacturer instructions, local regulations and safe charging/storage practices for batteries.
• TechHobby is not liable for injury, damage or legal penalties arising from misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation or failure to comply with DGCA or local drone rules.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, product descriptions and layout — is owned by TechHobby or its licensors. You may not reproduce, scrape, distribute or create derivative works without written permission. Brand names and trademarks of manufacturers (e.g. iFlight, GEPRC, DJI) belong to their respective owners.

11. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful code
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Post false reviews or engage in fraudulent chargebacks
• Resell products in violation of brand MAP policies where applicable

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, TechHobby shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory Indian law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TechHobby against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, or violation of applicable laws, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion page.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach appropriate consumer forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
